Description: Ant-Man is a 2015 American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics characters of the same name: Scott Lang and Hank Pym. Produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, it is the twelfth installment of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU). 

Plot: In 1989, scientist Hank Pym resigns from S.H.I.E.L.D. after discovering they attempted to replicate his Ant-Man shrinking technology. Believing the technology is dangerous, Pym vows to suppress it as long as he lives. In the present day, Pym's estranged daughter, Hope van Dyne, and protégé, Darren Cross, force him out of his own company, Pym Technologies. Cross is close to perfecting a shrinking suit of his own, the Yellowjacket, which he shows off to a horrified Pym.
